For battery replacement they told me i have to wait next day to get fixed. Its unacceptable. And if u try to make an appointment its full no slots available. As a Honda customer since 2017. Its always been day to get fixed. Its unacceptable. And if u try to make an appointment its full no slots available. As a Honda customer since 2017. Its always been like that if u need oil change it usually take 6-7 hour. In meanwhile if u go to any other local mechanic it takes 30 min to do all this. I don’t know what going on inside maybe lac of manpower like mechanics or they’re not doing their job in timely manner. This dealership need a-lot of improvement More

I've been going there for a few years now and never had any issues till yesterday. Im Very disappointed with the service I received. A made an appointment over a month ago to have my car serviced and for a any issues till yesterday. Im Very disappointed with the service I received. A made an appointment over a month ago to have my car serviced and for a recall. My wife was told by Yesenia Rivera that this appointment was for her to order the part for the recall. That has to he the dumbest thing I've ever heard. I stop by after work and talked to Victor Mercado and he fixed the problem. Every time I deal with Victor there's never any problems so thank you Victor for doing a great job in taking care of the costumer. More
