I bought my car in for a recall it took a month for the appointment. The appointment was made for 9:30am I got my vehicle checked in at 9:00 am. My vehicle sat parked from Tuesday until Friday 2:30pm. The appointment. The appointment was made for 9:30am I got my vehicle checked in at 9:00 am. The recall was a fuel pump it shouldn’t take 3 day to replace a fuel pump. More

This dealership appears to change Administration every 6 months. Every time I go there there’s something new and hiding fees. They say that they will give you a complimentary multi point inspection but th months. Every time I go there there’s something new and hiding fees. They say that they will give you a complimentary multi point inspection but they want to charged you $ 149 dollars just to do that. If you go there with car problems or issues they want to charged you to tell you what it’s wrong with it. Also people can’t go there for a simple oil change because it’s a whole day like 5 hours for an oil change. More
