The lady that help me was very useless. I took my car for a full tuneup and they gave me my car back with the tpms light on. They didn’t even take off the light or try to. I took in my car at 10:22 and wait a full tuneup and they gave me my car back with the tpms light on. They didn’t even take off the light or try to. They didn’t start working in my vehicle until 2 and I didn’t get the level of respect or courtesy from the person that was helping. I will never take my car back to them again. I paid 638 dollars to get disrespected and get treat like my money was not worth it. More

In the month of June, after finally getting someone to answer the phone there, I was given an appointment for July 21st. I had to be specific about what service was needed. Imagine waiting a whole month for an appointment, getting there, waiting, and they don’t have what you came there for?! Fortunately, they had the valet key to cut a copy for me but, that wasn’t what I made the appointment for. Outside of that, the young lady that checked me in was very nice. More

Victor yelled at me, keep on going on and on telling me: you've been a customer for so long how come you forgot" over and over After this, I told can you just stop and register me. Then Jessie a Hispanic young girl added out loud: " it doesn't matter if we put a big Sign with LED lights, they will continue to do it (meaning going straight to the waiting area). Spoke to the manager a white old guy; I told they yelled at me and so on; he asked my name ; and Victorio said " she's the last on my list" just to let me know how much longer I had to wait since I was the last one. After 1 1/2 hour on my second wait time I stood looking for Victor, he was no way to be found, Jessie was in her phone all the time she was free. The manager saw me searching; told me They are running the recall test; I said when are they they going to be done by 6 or 7; He replied: oh now you've been sarcastic; I replied: you you didn't like but when I came to you ti complain about what they did to me, you took their side with being neutral and fair. I was yelling at, humiliated in from if eve Ian's o am 64 years old. Suggestion: 1) the employee who receive the car out side at the booth just have to tell the customer: "Talk to a counselor BEFORE you sit down in the waiting area so they can send your car to the shop" I have to say that Anthony or Antonio from inside the garage came out to greet me to let me that all was well done; I felt very happy about that simple act. 2) Jessie instead was adding sarcasm to every situation she can go to the waiting area and ask: Has everyone here seen or talk a counselor after dropping your car. That would be time well spent for which she's getting paid instead of browsing phone. More
