I was unhappy with the level of service, from scheduling to the timing of service. Though I arrived before 7, was first in line and had a7:30 AM appointment for an oil change, 5-6 patrons were serviced bef to the timing of service. Scheduling availability for prepiad maintenance is ridiculous, I waited almost 3 weeks for availability. What is the point of scheduling and not being serviced at that time or minimally, in order of arrival? I has to get to work and service was not completed until almost 10, for an oil change, that is unsatisfactory. More
