Great job by service adviser Latoya who cheerfully answered a zillion questions from a frazzled customer (me) about maintenance I’d been neglecting for years on my 12-year-old CRV. She is a credit to your organization and to whoever hired her. So is technician Ucal who did the work. I was happy when they said they could fix my car sooner than my scheduled appt because my car was in really bad shape. The service was great. The only thing. I would recommend is having more people pick u than my scheduled appt because my car was in really bad shape. The service was great. The only thing.
