I scheduled n appt over a month ago, took the day off from work and nothing was done because they didn’t have the part. Very irresponsible from them. Mind you this is a recall, anything happens, HONDA wi from work and nothing was done because they didn’t have the part. Very irresponsible from them. Workers have a bad attitude -ruined my headrest with some sort of grease, they should wear clean gloves when exiting and entering vehicle.
