We performed the warranty work on your vehicle at no charge to you. Then we explained that there was probable rodent damage, so any additional diagnosis and repair would not be covered by warranty. You told us not to proceed any further, and you picked up your car. If you want your service advisor to call you on Monday morning to discuss this additional work, please let me know. Thank you.

You refuse to contact me in person. This is not the issue on my car. Mechanic said he needs to get paid therefore he was charging me extra for further diagnostic. My car was sitting in the shop for 4 days. No work was done under the warranty. Im requesting to speak to your boss. Please provide me with his or her contact
