Overbooked, waiting on line before 6:30am for a 7:30am scheduled appointment for an oil change, I was the three car in line and I didn’t get out of there until 11:30am and had to cancel my 11:00an appoint scheduled appointment for an oil change, I was the three car in line and I didn’t get out of there until 11:30am and had to cancel my 11:00an appointment.
