First, the parking attendant and greeter was super wonderful getting me inside the building. Inside I found the reception area short handed. Rep Latoya Thompson although her hands were full saw me and wonderful getting me inside the building. Inside I found the reception area short handed. Terrible service. Was told 2 hour wait and waited over 4! Terrible communication - I was told my appointment was just for “intake” - not for the actual service.
