Victor at service was professional and helpful. If I need to purchase another automobile Honda will not be top of my list. I don’t understand how an owner of a 2018 HRV with only 41000 miles wa If I need to purchase another automobile Honda will not be top of my list. I don’t understand how an owner of a 2018 HRV with only 41000 miles was not eligible for some repair under engine warranty. Not the kind of company I am willing to invest in again.
