You voluntarily signed the agreement that set out the price of the vehicle, and you signed several other legal documents that are part of the sales transaction. We spoke with you for 30 minutes today and explained this to you, and you were verbally abusive. We offered to take back the vehicle. We also offered to take off $1,000 of the $1300 you were disputing. You rejected our attempts to resolve this . You have also harassed and abused many of our employees, which I cannot tolerate. --Marcie
