Bad customer service Went to Bronx Honda to buy a car. The salesman was so rude. I asked how much was the doc fee. He said "I don't even know, I want to go home". Just horrible. We had gone with a relative thinking we could purchase two cars and get good deals. He ran the relative's credit and not ours. The relative didn't even sign to authorize the credit report. I left my sick kids home because we needed a vehicle. Was very pissed off because we didn't get the car because of the salesman's attitude. We did get a call from the manager during the week to work out a deal, but we ended up not getting anything from this dealer. More

I felt compelled to buy a car because of the deal and how honest he was as a salesperson. I’m happy that I decided to see him because I wind up purchasing a 2018 CRV at a great price.The financial employee was also a big help and was honest about pricing and did his very best to help the situation Antone was great.(not sure if I spelled his name right.) I am laughing as I'm writing this now. I did not think I was going to get them to give me my price. It took sometime but I was able to get Peter to push his sales manager to do the deal. Worst Dealership / Dishonest manipulative people I brought a 2015 Honda accord from them couple of months ago. They advertised the car for less than average price, hence thats what attracted me towar I brought a 2015 Honda accord from them couple of months ago. They advertised the car for less than average price, hence thats what attracted me towards them. I called them to check if the price is accurate but when I went there, they said that price doesn't include the CPO cost, dealership cost, and other non sense cost. when I asked about the advertised price, they said that marketing team doesn't know all about this. I should have walked out but since I went all the way to NewYork, I started bargaining and we came to deal and certain price, but when I went to manager room to sign the deal the price has gone extra $600 dollars. I had to fight with the manager to bring the bring the price down but still I paid few hundreds of dollar over than I price what we agreed. I have a excellent credit score(more than 820) still I got APR of 6%. (I had to refinance my car from other credit union where I got for 2.25%). After all these, they agreed to do my Tags and Title. Since I lived in Maryland, I had to do my own tags and state inspection. which costs me additional money and time. I do remember the guys name, Raul. He is a smooth talker and highly manipulative guy. Stay away from this man and also this dealership. More
