Just came out of Bronx Honda and once again was very pleased with the customer service and price. I’ve been going there for many years. Now under new management the service is even better. I dropped off my vehicle on Monday stating theirs something wrong with electrical problem and it was not solved. I stated to check out the fuse box and for a full diagnostic to see what else was wron something wrong with electrical problem and it was not solved. I stated to check out the fuse box and for a full diagnostic to see what else was wrong with the vehicle. They stated it was all good just needed the negative connection of the battery to be replaced. Drove the vehicle after a couple of hours and the dashboard turned off once again which Indicated when I first went to honda Monday afternoon. Dashboard is still blank and vehicle won’t turn on after being shut off. I was not satisfied with the mechanical “service” that was “done”. More

This dealership is doing the best they can during the CoVid pandemic which has such strict restrictions etc. while waiting for service we were allowed to bring chairs outside to sit on.
