They have worse customer service ever. Took my car for two days not even checked it. Worse part is they suppose to call me to give the update, forget about giving me call, they even didn’t answer my call two days not even checked it. I literally had to walk and found out they ain’t got time to see the car and guess what these bunch of doodles been sitting there but not answering the phone. Front desk lady 👩🦰 is the worse and may be she needs to learn customer skills. They been sitting on the desk like they are sitting home. Professionalism is at hill its worst. I promised myself not to go there even they are the last place to go. Bunch of whcakdoodles! Two weeks to get appointment and two days leaving the car in lot or see what’s the problem. Bunch of dushbags! More

I visited Bronx Honda merely to look at a potential first car to lease or finance. I was approached by Raul upon entry and he sat my brother and I down to discuss our interest. Within a few days I was drivin car to lease or finance. I was approached by Raul upon entry and he sat my brother and I down to discuss our interest. Within a few days I was driving a 2020 HONDA CIVIC SPORT off of the lot! Raul worked tirelessly to make sure that we got the best deal that we could get and he was also able to deliver two cars during our visit. I am very pleased with the service and I will be visiting for future purchases as well as sending recommendations. Damien from the finance department is also a very earnest and hard working individual at Bronx Honda and I am very satisfied with their service. More
