Appointment was easy to book but had to wait for over two weeks to get the car in due to Pandemic, I guess. The customer service was good when I was inside but I could never reach them by phone. As they sai weeks to get the car in due to Pandemic, I guess. The customer service was good when I was inside but I could never reach them by phone. As they said, they did not have parts in stock for accord, bit surprising as they have parts unit within but I can understand they may not have all parts needed in house. Close to $650 on labor alone for replacing catalytic converter, I am not a mechanic or knowledgeable but if you are you can feel it’s worth. Over all service was as expected from a dealer no surprise. More
