Oil changed went well BUT now my car is saying charging system problem. Never had an issue until I dropped and picked up my car. It needs to be CORRECTED!!!! Jose was very helpful and clear about my repair. He kept me informed about the status of my vehicle. The turn around time was good but since you’re not open on Saturdays, I had to go the entire weekend with me informed about the status of my vehicle. For those customers that work during the week, it would be awesome if you guys were open at least on Saturdays. New Rochelle is open Saturdays but it’s out of the way. More

I recently leased a Honda with Bronx Honda with Nanci Edmondson. I had such a horrible customer service experience with her. Here’s the full story: I was ending a lease with BMW and I switched over Edmondson. I had such a horrible customer service experience with her. Here’s the full story: I was ending a lease with BMW and I switched over to Honda. I left my BMW with her as she advised so she can assist in returning my former lease into BMW. I scheduled the usual AutoVin inspection and she was supposed to help arrange dropping off the BMW at the dealership. Since she didn’t seem to be proactive about returning the car, I ended up scheduling an appt to return the BMW at BMW of Manhattan. AFTER I scheduled the appt and relayed the appt details to her, she later tells me (word for word) “We won’t bring it there. Too far. I’ll let you know when we drop it off. It will probably be in Westchester.” After that, it was an ongoing issue of me pinging her asking when the car would be dropped off. She either didn’t respond or would respond with “I’ll let you know”. Imagine me leasing a new Honda and getting into a new contract but still dealing with the older contract because Honda claimed they’d assist me but never took the actions to do so? I emailed her over and over and her response was “sorry, I’ve been swamped”. Then when I called her today it was “sorry, I can’t talk, I have 2 clients here”..... Am I not a client myself? Can you not call me for 2 mins or after the clients are done? Thankfully the car ended up being returned with the help of a financial advisor that I was able to get a hold of. He helped arranged getting the car dropped off the same day this was brought to his attention. In conclusion, I would never recommend this dealership or sales consultant, Nanci, to anyone. More
