I was lied too. Paperwork was not done correctly. I am going to speak specifically about Jason Castanon who has helped me get into 2 leases. He is an exceptional sales rep who goes above and beyond to work with his clients. He isn't pushy and understands wh has helped me get into 2 leases. He is an exceptional sales rep who goes above and beyond to work with his clients. He isn't pushy and understands what a budget is and knows how to work with it. He also understands that people have lives and don't want to be in a dealership all day doing 1 transaction especially during Covid so he does all he can to expedite the experience and make it one to remember. He has worked countless times helping me get into the car that I desire close to the numbers that I needed being that I am a new mom. We went from a civic now into a CRV and both transactions with Jason have been phenomenal. One thing that I hate and many can agree are sales rep who only care about the sale and making a profit going back and forth to their manager and still coming back with figures that aren't close to what you need- that ISN'T Jason and that is why I have come back to him and will refer my friends and family that are getting into Honda's to him.
