Second visit was better than my first visit one my Second visit was better than my first visit one my CarPlay didn’t work for over a week Mr. Watson tell me to bring it in and they will check it out t Second visit was better than my first visit one my CarPlay didn’t work for over a week Mr. Watson tell me to bring it in and they will check it out that was on November 12, 2020. Eight days later my dashboard one of the blinks and so did the CarPlay I’ll call Mr. Watson I complained about it and he hung up the phone on me I’ll call several times a good 10 minutes and he still didn’t pick it up. I went personally to the Honda Service on Soriko Avenue and spoke to the manager of Mr. John that’s when everything turned around Mr. John was understanding respectful and he took care of my situation he didn’t tell me like Mr. Watson said I had to wait for another week so they could check my car again. Mr. John the manager took car the same day to the technician so they could check on, hopefully I don’t get this problem again. Mr. Watson was rude and disrespectful. More
