I went in with a concern for my new car that i got about 4 months ago. I am getting less mileage range. No solution. The guy who checked me in complete disregarded my problem wouldn’t let me speak. So when i told me him that this didn’t happen with my last least he completely ignored me. He kept asking me what the card needed so i told him the same thing you guys did last time or what ever the least warranty covers. He gave me a menu of services with. No price. i had to repeat to him that i only needed what the lease covered. More
