The customer service was fine once we connected with each other. My battery would not maintain a charge and needed to be replaced. The evening that my car was towed to the service center I called and left other. My battery would not maintain a charge and needed to be replaced. The evening that my car was towed to the service center I called and left several voicemail messages to determine if my car was being serviced. Unfortunately the recording did not indicate the hours of operation which h would have made me aware that noone would respond until the next day. The next day I called and was served and given an estimate of when the work would be completed. The work was completed ahead of time and I was able to get my car faster than anticipated! More
