Staff need to work on their customer service skills and attitudes. I did not get my tires rotated which is included and was told my car was blocked from getting serviced and was told maybe something you di attitudes. Horrible communication. Dropped of my car and was promised to have it by 5pm I arrived by 5:05pm after waiting all day for a call and received none.
