My car got towed to this dealership. Didn’t hear from them at all until I called them. After I called to the dealership the process wasn’t quick. It was just a flat tired. I drove past five Honda’s to come to the Bronx Honda based on recommendations for Indar Atwaroo. The service was phenomenal. The payment was 429 a month and I’m not sure what magic he worked but he got based on recommendations for Indar Atwaroo. The service was phenomenal. Had a tire replaced. Took all day. Never given a receipt. Didn’t check fluids or balance tires. I was the last customer to leave. I was told that the 3rd party tire replacement insurer hadn’t sent the check Didn’t check fluids or balance tires. I was the last customer to leave. I was told that the 3rd party tire replacement insurer hadn’t sent the check but that I could take car and come get receipt the following day. Sent someone for receipt but it still wasn’t there. Called fir 3 weeks and no one would pick up. The very next day my wiper fluid ran out on highway and the car shakes front left. This is the tire that was replaced. Finally spoke to a rep that said that the tires SHOULD have been balanced along with all fluid levels checked and that he would email me my receipt and express inspection report this past Thursday. He never did More

The service I receive was HORRIBLE! I was told I would be contacted. When my car was ready no one called I had to keep calling on my own. Next thing I heard my car won’t be ready until 12pm the next day. Got contacted. When my car was ready no one called I had to keep calling on my own. Next thing I heard my car won’t be ready until 12pm the next day. Got there my car still wasn’t ready had to wait a whole other hour. Then I reported my apple CarPlay was working. It needed to be checked got the car back. It was never checked. Service person claims I never stated anything about the CarPlay when I took the car in. So now I needed to wait until mechanics come back from lunch to have it checked. I took my car and left so that’s one problem that’s still wasn’t solved! Horrible service! More
