Bronx Honda responded

Our Master Technician (30 years of Honda experience) cleared all codes but also disconnected the headlight so that the vehicle would not shut off and refuse to restart. You were told that the vehicle needed a new headlight, and you declined. The warranty does not cover this repair because it was damaged on the outside. The fact that the lamp is broken does not mean it is automatically covered by warranty. Please email me at marcie@bronxhonda.com to discuss this further --Marcie
