Additionally, he had the sales manager, Alex Alexander, step in and help to close the deal. Alex was also knowledgeable, attentive and reasonable when providing a breakdown of what was needed to meet in the middle. Lastly, the finance manager Damion Montcrieffe, made the paperwork part of the process smooth and had a positive attitude. He was also attentive to the questions I had and provided thorough answers showing it through the paperwork. Victor was very rude and unprofessional. He refused to fix my car as a retaliation for my previous low rating of the shop. Diana was rude as well.
