Well I bought my car in for oil change and to get a service check never been so disappointed I know my windshield wipers wanted to change nothing my coolant sensors wasn’t working they gave me back my service check never been so disappointed I know my windshield wipers wanted to change nothing my coolant sensors wasn’t working they gave me back my car nothing but yet I was told my timing belt need to be changed with out you checking anything on my car just disappointed ☹️ More

I expressed that I needed air in my tires. I was told that in order to pass the New York State inspection, my tire light would have to turn off. They did not put air in my tires, which was ver I was told that in order to pass the New York State inspection, my tire light would have to turn off. They did not put air in my tires, which was very disappointing. I asked if they can change my registration sticker prior to the inspection, and one of the staff did supported with that after the inspection was completed, as the person doing the inspection did not do it. I will not be going back to this Honda location. More
