I’m writing this review to warn others about my extremely disappointing and misleading experience at Bronx Honda. I went in for a 2026 Honda CR-V lease, planning to trade in my 2014 BMW X3, and was initially told the deal would be $250/month for 36 months with $6,000 total down. I signed the initial paperwork, they ran my credit, collected my insurance, and even took my deposit — everything seemed finalized. But when it came time to sign in the finance manager’s office, they suddenly claimed that taxes were “not included” in the deal and demanded another $2,300, saying they had “made a mistake.” That was never mentioned before. I was completely shocked — after all that time, paperwork, and credit checks, they just changed the deal on me at the last minute. The only reason I went through with the lease — now totaling $7,500 out of pocket — was because my family was already there and the entire process had dragged on for hours. But it truly felt like a bait-and-switch scam, and I left feeling cheated and angry. I can confidently say that Bronx Honda’s business practices are deceptive, unethical, and should be investigated. What they did isn’t just poor customer service — it’s dishonest and manipulative. If you’re considering a deal with Bronx Honda, be very careful and don’t believe their ads until every single number is written clearly and verified. I will never return to this dealership again.
