Overbooked, waiting on line before 6:30am for a 7:30am scheduled appointment for an oil change, I was the three car in line and I didn’t get out of there until 11:30am and had to cancel my 11:00an appoint scheduled appointment for an oil change, I was the three car in line and I didn’t get out of there until 11:30am and had to cancel my 11:00an appointment. I must say I was nervous and anxious at first but when Damion walked in he reassured me everything is going to work out and you will be leaving here with your car . Which I did!!! The process was quick and easy but Not only that i left with a brand new vehicle , something I wasn’t expecting ,as I was going in for a used car . Everyone Victor , Raul , Damion , Nanci and Alexander are crooked thieves . I went in 3/29/2025 to trade in a 2024 lease for a 2025 . They were moving so fast to jerk me they put the wrong VIN# on my paperwo crooked thieves . I went in 3/29/2025 to trade in a 2024 lease for a 2025 . They were moving so fast to jerk me they put the wrong VIN# on my paperwork. I realized the mistake and started calling right away. Even texted Nanci my documents for her to tell me everything is right in there system and not to worry. I don’t understand how we have 2 different sets of paperwork and I only signed 1. Fast forward to me having to go back to them because no on got back to me. I even sent the general manager Izzy a message and he never responded. Raul and Damion see me and don’t try to help . Victor pulls out paperwork that I’ve never seen before. Alex refused to cancel the deal . They just want me to sign new paperwork with the right VIN# now but the 1st deal needs to be canceled because of the error made by them moving so fast to jerk me. The bottom line is they are forging signatures over there. I called Honda Corporate and they said the dealership should void the deal. I don’t understand why they won’t . It’s their mistake. Putting the wrong VIN # . I refuse to sign a new contract . I just want my $4000.00 back . After they got my money they wouldn’t return my calls . When I did speak to them they said not to worry all the paperwork in the system is correct . I don’t understand how . They must have forged my signature More
