I used to love this place. I bought a new 2018 explorer that needed warranty body work done, the paint was bubbling on the hood (Ford defect), back in 2020. The other day I go I bought a new 2018 explorer that needed warranty body work done, the paint was bubbling on the hood (Ford defect), back in 2020. The other day I go and try to trade it in on another new car, but then find out that the warranty work they did back in 2020, they reported to carfax as an accident. They have now devalued my car by close to $8000 because of this. They will not do anything about it, even thought they basically robbed me of this $8000! My guess is they do this to everyone who has had warranty work done! More
