They looked further into an reoccurring problem I have had with the transmission shuttering occasionally at low speeds. They tested the car, and decided that I needed additional work. All covered under warranty! My 2012 Focus has never driven so well. Although I may be hesitant to buy another Focus, I would purchase another vehicle from Brondes in a heartbeat.
