Good, easy, painless experience We needed to replace our old truck with a newer vehicle (Transit) and found what we were looking for using CarFax.com. Brondes Ford in Maumee was whe We needed to replace our old truck with a newer vehicle (Transit) and found what we were looking for using CarFax.com. Brondes Ford in Maumee was where the vehicle was located so we used the CarFax application to ask for a test drive. Within 30 minutes we received a response from Scott Seiler at Brondes acknowledging our interest and setting up a time to drive the van. Despite the fact that it was the coldest day of the year and everything was covered with snow and ice, the van was ready for us when we arrived. Scott was very helpful and definitely not high-pressure. We were encouraged to take as long as necessary to decide if the van was what we were looking for... and to ensure that it would fit in our garage (Scott's research on the vehicle specs indicated it should fit - but you never know...) Once our decision was made days later, the sales process was completed without pain and suffering and the vehicle was ready for us - all clean and buffed. We certainly have no complaints and would definitely buy there again. More

Experience at Brondes was a 10. I went to Brondes on the advice of a Family member who had purchased a SUV from Brondes. I can honestly say that from the time we walked in the door until the time the purchase of our Ford Escape was complete, we were totally satisfied. Our Sales person Marc Monroe couldn't have been more competent a sales man than he was. During our purchase Marc's objective was "Don't just sell a vehicle, but fit a persons wants and needs to a vehicle." This was indeed accomplished. I might also mention that not only was Marc competent but also everyone else we had contact with at the Brondes Ford Dealership. No doubt in my mind, Brondes gets a Rating of 10 when buying a new Ford. More
