Costco auto partner and excellent dealership We are Costco Executive Members, and we wanted to use their discount, which, in this case, was better than the Ford Employee Friends and Family Member We are Costco Executive Members, and we wanted to use their discount, which, in this case, was better than the Ford Employee Friends and Family Member discount. Unfortunately, the dealers near me did not offer that discount. So we went to Maumee, where Brondes Ford DOES. Bill Neumeyer patiently answered my many questions (some repeated, I'm sure) with patience and kindness, and gave us a very good price. I was extremely happy with the vehicle I ordered through Brondes which had all the features I wanted. I was also told by the dealer near me that the 2018 model could not be ordered because the production had ended, but was able to do that through Brondes. So I had two benefits, price and the ability to order the features I wanted. My only regret is that I cannot have it serviced by Brondes Ford, which is too far away from where I live. I would unconditionally recommend Brondes Ford, and tell you to ask for Bill Neumeyer. More

Dan was willing to go above and beyond and help us compare two vehicles we were interested in and placing my husband's wheelchair in the back of both for us to see how it fit. slow and poor communication I went in for an oil change that i had scheduled at 1:30 and did not leave until 3:35. While I was sitting there I was wondering what could be taking I went in for an oil change that i had scheduled at 1:30 and did not leave until 3:35. While I was sitting there I was wondering what could be taking so long so I just figured they found something else wrong. But sadly no... my time was just being wasted. After looking at the sheet they gave me it was clear that it was only and oil change and a tire rotation done to it. Also the 2 hours I was sitting there not even the people at the desk could tell me what was taking so long. No one even thought to say one word to me. There was also 5 people who came in after me who left before me with the same service requirements. Idk if they were taking advantage of my time because I'm only 17 but even if they were not thats trash. More
