I recently bought a Pathfinder from Bronco Motors. I had been dealing with Braden from start to finish. He helped me track down the one I wanted and never felt pushy or aggressive with the sale. Braden called me periodically and gave updates on the estimated arrival time which was nice. Once the vehicle arrived the only day I could pick it up was when he was off work, he came in on his day off to get me squared away in the new Pathfinder. If I choose to buy another Nissan I will be using Bronco and Braden, great overall experience. More
I purchased a Certified Pre-owned 2020 Nissan LEAF from Bronco Motors. From the salesman, the Finance Manager, to the Sales Manager it was a great experience. After taking delivery, I realized the wrong Bronco Motors. From the salesman, the Finance Manager, to the Sales Manager it was a great experience. After taking delivery, I realized the wrong charging cable was in the car. Casey, the Sales Manager, told me they would make it right. The dealership spent over $1,400 to purchase the correct charging cable and expedited delivery. They also provided me touch up paint to correct a minor scratch on the lower front bumper. The other Nissan dealers in the area had no available inventory so I was fortunate to walk into the dealership the very day the LEAF was listed for sale. My salesman, Bredan, even held the vehicle for me so I could bring in my 90-year old mother to try getting into and out of the car. Not only did she find it relatively easy to get in and out of the LEAF, the deep cargo area allowed me to load her walker standing upright. I've found few vehicles including full size SUVs are that flexible. This might be the last vehicle I purchase and I can honestly say I felt the price was very fair and the dealership staff went the extra mile to make it a very positive experience. Thank you so much! Not impressed. Dealer claims to participate in Nationwide Buy@Home program run through Nissan Corporate but really does not. Went thru the whole process to purchase my dream car because there are none in my local area. This car has been on their lot for over a month but the General Manager, Casey, informed me that there are "20 local people in line waiting to come in to see that car and buy it so we have to save it for them. We don't sell to people outside of our area." I totally understand that this is their prerogative and applaud them for supporting their local community... but I also know that they have the option to not list their cars and activate the Buy@Home button on the NissanUSA.com website to prevent a situation such as this. The reason I know this is because there is a disclaimer on the national website stating that not all cars listed are available to purchase based on the dealership's desire to list it for sale in the program. This particular vehicle's purchase button was not activated for a month and was only turned on this week so I thought the dealership was ready to sell it and get it off it's lot. Not so. Totally frustrating experience. Why in this day and age would you want to turn down a guaranteed sale? More

Excellent dealership. All personnel were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We have bought many cars and Braden was the best salesman we have dealt with. He clearly explained different models and went into wonderful detail on the model we purchased. If we had a question he couldn’t answer, he managed to get the answer in very little time. He is genuinely friendly and we did not feel pressured. Doing paperwork with Jeff Bowden was a breeze. His explanations were clear and concise and his friendliness was wonderful. The General sales manager, Casey Fouts introduced himself and offered any asssistance we might need. The dealership facility is clean and the restroom was stocked with many things a person might need. It was a wonderful experience! More
