Bronco Motors Hyundai

We were in a car wreck in May. Our car was totaled out. We had bought our last 4 cars from Bronco Moters. So naturally we went there. We found a 2018 Hyundai Kona there. It was perfect. Low miles right price and were told AWD. However when we got it to the oil and lube place we found out that was not the case. My husband was quite annoyed. So he decided to write a Google review. A couple days later Bronco Moters called. Asking what they could do to make it right. They offered to "exchange" it. We were not interested in doing that. It would be a huge hassle. Not to mention that they couldn't guarantee that the car would have the same things as the one we have. Also we put $8000 down. Paid for 2 years registration, parks pass and made our first payment. My husband asked if they would give us the extended warranty instead. And he would take his review down and write a good one. The salesman said he would talk to the owner and call us back. When he called back he said that they couldn't do that because it was $1500. But the owner was going to call us to figure something out. That was 5 days ago. This huge dealership can't afford $1500?? But the were fine with us having to spend a small fortune to redo our loan, registration and everything else. Needless to say I won't be buying a car from Bronco Moters ever again! I am very upset at the fact that I have tried several different ways of contacting bronco motors about a issue we had with our used truck we bought. I’ve called, was told to email stuff in, I did. Went in, was told Connor was supposed to call me and was taking care of it left reviews on Facebook and no response! I have even messaged the ceo. After buying a car and then having to dump 900 into because the dealership failed to check routine maintenance by changing spark plugs and finding the coils were bad and busted off! That’s nice! I haven’t got anywhere so I will be leaving reviews everywhere I can to get my point across! More

Service department is top notch. Sonia was on top of everything and got my car done and back to me within a few hours so I didn’t have to spend the whole day there.
