On 6/22/22 I brought my 2018 Santa Fe in for servicing at Bronco Motors Hyundai on Fairview for an oil change and $325 transmission service which was recommended last servicing. After the previous oil change oil leaked from the engine. When I returned my Santa Fe to fix the leak one of the manager's issued a gift certificate for Transmission drain/flush/fill service with a retail value of $325. However, when I filled out the form on-line for service I copied the verbiage from the certificate as drain and fill. The lady that processed the service dishonestly wrote, "Customer requests transmission drain and fill" she did not clarify at any point in time she input a lesser service, rather than the drain/flush/fill valued at $325 she did not include the flushing on the transmission. The car was not washed either, nor did she ask me if I didn't want a wash. Update: sent this complaint to Bronco Motors twice over a week ago, no response. More

Best experience with a Dealership, visited the website daily looking for an AWD vehicle. DeAngelo Norwood contacted us immediately with a model but it was the wrong color. He set us up to test drive the car and upon return, we processed paperwork and completed the transaction. Once done DeAngelo had the car prepared to deliver to us. Additionally, he set up our Bluelink and showed us how operate the electronics (will take a little time for us seniors to get comfortable with the electronics).
