Natalie P, Chris P, and JR were all great. I had a lease vehicle from another dealership and with the new regs, there was some rigmarole and hoops to jump through on my side before I could get I had a lease vehicle from another dealership and with the new regs, there was some rigmarole and hoops to jump through on my side before I could get into a new car. Chris did a great, easy explanation of new regs and while I sorted that, Natalie went above and beyond to head to the Boise location to pick out a model that I had my eye on that was still in transit to the West location. JR in Finance was lovely and personable as we went through paperwork. Overall, a great experience and I appreciate the team I worked with! More
