Bronco Motors West has proven to be a stand-up dealership. Even coming with cash to buy a new Hyundai at dealerships in Idaho/Oregon/Washington has been a disaster. This dealer is a rare exceptio dealership. Even coming with cash to buy a new Hyundai at dealerships in Idaho/Oregon/Washington has been a disaster. This dealer is a rare exception. The employees of Bronco Motors, specifically Mitch, Jordon, and their manager Bob, really helped make the transaction enjoyable. My car was delivered clean, filled to the brim with gas and all my questions regarding operations were addressed. 1 star removed due to the poor communication of my actual (unnamed) sales agent, but once again, Mitch stepped up to cover the gap and the team finished strong. Finally got my new car! No need to go any further Bronco Motors West In Nampa is by far one of the most honest dealerships I have delt with. I am a senior citizen and a woman I took my car in thinking it was going to cost a fortun by far one of the most honest dealerships I have delt with. Buyer Beware – I bought a car from Bronco motors which runs 3 dealerships in Nampa that I was a customer at. I looked at cars on all lots with the same salesperson. I bought the car of my dreams and the b runs 3 dealerships in Nampa that I was a customer at. I looked at cars on all lots with the same salesperson. I bought the car of my dreams and the best extended warranty they had to offer. I have a sensor out in the front of my car which is a safety issue and scheduled a repair. The dealership made me wait a month for the appointment. When I took the car in and dropped it off, they said they would need it for a couple days. Almost 2 weeks later I contacted them to find out they had not even started. They stated they were waiting for approval and sorry it didn’t come in during the first month I waited. My service person told me this was happening a lot and he had 4 other cars just waiting. I told them I couldn’t be without my car for that long and they said I could pick it up and they would call me after they got approval. I showed up after hours and got my car with my extra key and they never even called to see if it was me that picked up the car. For all they know it was stolen. It has now been months after the appointment and Bronco has not approved my repair, contacted me or anything else. I still continue to pay for a warranty they won’t honor and I feel stuck with a car that has a safety issue, isn’t getting repaired, and a company stealing money because they won’t honor their warranty. More

Seriously saved my life! Had purchased a used Elantra somewhere else, but it was equipped with wheel locks, you know the ones that seriously cannot be taken off? Came into the dealership super early in t somewhere else, but it was equipped with wheel locks, you know the ones that seriously cannot be taken off? Came into the dealership super early in the morning when it started to freeze outside because I didn't want to have to grind off the lug nuts.
