Unfortunately I am compelled to write a negative review of this Service Department. Technical resolution of specific issues related to the vehicle have been poor. It has been impossible to interact directl of this Service Department. Technical resolution of specific issues related to the vehicle have been poor. It has been impossible to interact directly with technicians which has made communication difficult. Other dealerships I am worked with have had much better flow of communication directly with technical experts which allows more direct resolution of problems. Beyond this the Service Department has caused paint damage to my vehicle which they have refused to take responsibility for. They have put 2023 Escalade V through an automatic car wash contrary to my specific direction and have caused significant damage. Mike the Service Manager has advised me that he does not feel responsible for the issue as I didn't tell the correct employee. Note that the employee I communicated has acknowledged me telling his not to auto wash the vehicle. I have elevated this to Corporate and I am hopeful they can assist the dealership in taking responsibility for this issue. The most important thing a dealership can do is take responsibility for something when things do not go correctly, Brogan Service has failed badly in this important regard. More
I needed service as my truck is making ticking noises from the engine. I called Ron several times and left messages. He never made an attempt or called me back. I guess I’ll be looking to go service my Cadillac at a dealer who wants my business. More
Tony and the other Brogan service Department . emplyees did a fine job on my car. I’m 85 years old, and they recognized I needed extra help. They provided me with a ride as I left my car there, and then picked me up at my home, when my car was ready. More

They no longer provide a loaner car although they did drop me off and picked me up. I needed the head unit replaced for the third time and I thought it should have been done free of charge but I was char drop me off and picked me up. One would think that Cadillac would have fixed the problem every time for free especially since the first time it was still under warranty. This should have been done under the lemon law but I don’t have the time nor patience to argue with the dealer/manufacturer on a hopeless cause. Also, when I bought the vehicle (new in 2016), I was promised 2 free complete detailing jobs for free. But this time I was told that the salesman and the manager told the service guy that they had only told me that they would provide 3 detailing jobs and that I would have to pay 50% for the job. It was already done so I didn’t even have a choice to discuss it with them. I know what I was told but I guess it was just a way to close the deal. I guess they didn’t ever intend to honor their agreement because I didn’t have it in writing. If they only agreed to 3, why did they already provide me with 5 free detailing jobs? More
I have been a Brogan customer for many years-30+ years). Tony and Vic have always been our service coordinators. Very helpful and easy to work with. Excellent service.
