Did not hear my concerns or document them correctly. Had my vehicle for over 10 days and didn’t communicate the diagnosis nor plan. It wasn’t until I messaged two days before returning that work was scheduled but still was not communicated. I left messages w the secretary, did not receive a call back. Was told everyone went home and I could not be helped but received a late call at the end of the day. The person who first helped me took vacation but did not hand off to the covering person is the message I received, followed by the team is short staffed. I work in a hospital. I understand being short on team members but no one was available via text nor phone until the last moment when I was irate. Lost total trust with this branch and would not recommend it to anyone. I would expect better service. More

My Xt4 broke down and was told it would take 10 days to look at. I ask for service personal and no one was available to talk . I left a message with the service manager and he never called back. I am so mad because I bought the car there and serviced it there. You would think they would have the courtesy to respond. I never write negative reviews but I think this was warrranted. More
