General manager was rude when I called regarding an issue. She did not address my issue, keep making excuses for completely irrelevant problems, and called me a liar. They in fact lied to me about doin issue. She did not address my issue, keep making excuses for completely irrelevant problems, and called me a liar. They in fact lied to me about doing a service on one day that actually was not completed until the next day. Will never use or recommend this Cadillac. They should be disappointed with their customer service because I felt truly attacked when I was just trying to give them a heads up on how to improve their service. Zero sympathy for issues they created and very poor communication. More

The service department is lacking skilled technicians and service advisors who are able to follow through and complete their job. Took multiple visits to have the same concerns address and they unable to co service advisors who are able to follow through and complete their job. Took multiple visits to have the same concerns address and they unable to correct them. Service department lacks process, follow through, and wastes time. Also causes minor damage to my vehicle said they’ll take care of it and don’t seem to remember when it’s time to make good. Would not recommend using this service department. More

However, they went above and beyond the call of duty in their candid evaluation of my vehicle, which I have been holding onto since 2004, and their referral to assist me in my look for a new vehicle. The outstanding Victor Santana Sr. in the service department had my car evaluated to see if it would be feasible to repair my vehicle in order to make it safe to drive. Despite my coming in without an appointment, Victor arranged for me to have a 2019 XT5 loaner vehicle to drive while the service department evaluated my vehicle. After enjoying nearly a week of driving the XT5 I fell in love with the speed, technology, and elegance of the vehicle and was inclined to look into what it would cost to purchase/lease a vehicle of such caliber upon the recommendation of Victor that the $3,000+ dollars to fix my vehicle would be much better spent on getting me into a newer vehicle. Not only did Victor look out for my best interests in the evaluation of my vehicle, but he gave me a hand picked five-star veteran salesman named Keith Rivers to assist me with my desire to get a new vehicle. When I say five-star I mean it. This brother rolled out the red carpet in terms of his sincerity and understanding of my situation. He spent hours of his time handling the most finite of details regarding my concerns with a purchase/lease of a new vehicle, and even recommended the possibility of a certified pre-owned vehicle that would be perfect for my situation. The aspect of Keith I liked most was how talking to him was like talking to one of my old friends of 40 years. There were no aggressive sales techniques in him. Just good old southern hospitality. Ultimately, the entire experience which could have been very unsettling, in reality, was nothing short of a true blessing. I had already befriended Victor as a top quality serviceman, but was able to add Keith Rivers to my list of friends at Brogan Cadillac that have provided me with A-rated service. More

No Value in Customers time Within the past 3 weeks I have made two trips to Brogan and have just been notified that I will have to make another trip next week. My first visit Within the past 3 weeks I have made two trips to Brogan and have just been notified that I will have to make another trip next week. My first visit I came to get your front light fixed and my drivers idea speaker. Speaker was covered under the warranty but light wasnt. Left that day paying $300 and still the speaker was not fixed due to it not malfunctioning at the time of the visit. Mind you I waited over 2 hours. Second visit I sat in the lobby for an hour and 40 minutes and was told that the speaker can't be fixed today because the guy who can do it is not here today so I gotta bring it back and leave it. Considering that I made appointments to both of these visits, these problems of me having to come back over and over again and wait for hours, should be avoided and it's unexceptable. 2 hour wait and still got nothing done More
