Honestly, she’s the best.. i’d give her an A+ and 5 stars! From the start, she was upfront, genuine and kept things very blunt. Told me what she could do & couldnt! I had no intention of getting a vehicle that present night but she was able to come up with a deal i couldn’t refuse. I was being very specific with what i wanted & she was able to find us the model, color & package! Within 24 hours, i was able to pick up the vehicle! Kristina made my experience there very favorable. Majority of my paperwork was completed before i came in to pick up the vehicle. The day i walked in to pick up the car, she made sure i saw the finance guy first! Since this was a gift, she was able to lend us a bow as well.
