I can honestly say that I wasn't in a hurry to get a new vehicle, as I loved my current one (2017 MKC) and the lease didn't end until July of 2019. I saw the XT4 at the NY Auto Show and knew I wanted to test drive it when it was available and examine the interior close-up. After I drove the vehicle (and I came back and we drove the vehicle to my home so I could ensure it fit comfortably in my garage), Kristina worked up some numbers, we reviewed the vehicle features in the XT4 and I decided to move forward with this purchase now. Honestly, she’s the best.. i’d give her an A+ and 5 stars! From the start, she was upfront, genuine and kept things very blunt. Told me what she could do & couldnt! I had no intention of getting a vehicle that present night but she was able to come up with a deal i couldn’t refuse. I was being very specific with what i wanted & she was able to find us the model, color & package! Within 24 hours, i was able to pick up the vehicle! Kristina made my experience there very favorable. Majority of my paperwork was completed before i came in to pick up the vehicle. The day i walked in to pick up the car, she made sure i saw the finance guy first! Since this was a gift, she was able to lend us a bow as well.
