I called and talked to a salesman about buying a car from their inventory. Despite many promises, it took days for them to put together the lease numbers. They told me the lease paperwork had to be overnig their inventory. Despite many promises, it took days for them to put together the lease numbers. They told me the lease paperwork had to be overnighted to me for signature, and that it shipped to me on Friday. On Tuesday, i called to check on it, and it had never been shipped. Once they got the paperwork back, it took a week to arrange transport of the car to me in Ohio, and again, despite daily commitments that it would be delivering to me, it took a week to get here. They did not put the temporary tags on it, and said they would overnight them to me (which they did not do until i called 2 days later). Finally, the interior was dirty when i received the car. not a Cadillac experience. More
The service Dept is great ! My experience not so great. Brogan Cadillac has a way of making an African American consumer Feel invisible. On several occasions when I walked into the dealership or my wife an Brogan Cadillac has a way of making an African American consumer Feel invisible. On several occasions when I walked into the dealership or my wife and I would walk in, Sales people and managers would walk by and never even say hello, I would see other people come in the door and from the moment they walked in were greeted immediately, They were spoken to several times. This happened on several different occasions even after the vehicle purchase. I could walk into the dealership and still feel invisible. To tell you the truth it had a Trumpy feel to me. This is just one man’s opinion. I cannot speak to everyone’s experience with Brogan or every African-Americans experience with Brogan. I can only speak for my experience. this is actually my third Cadillac with Brogan over the years. I have been driving Cadillacs since 1979 and I have only bought three from Brogan and they are my closest Cadillac dealer More
On or about March 26,2021 we went to start looking to return our lease for a new one. We had our first lease with Brogan so went back to them. We met with Our Salesman Joe Diamond. He took our informat return our lease for a new one. We had our first lease with Brogan so went back to them. We met with Our Salesman Joe Diamond. He took our information and looked into a program for us. He found a car for us and gave us a figure. He told us that the car we would be getting was due back by April 5. We explained our lease was up and our last car payment was made in March. April came and car still wasn’t back because it needed 2,000 miles on it. Weekly calls were made to Joe and we were being told it that the car still didn’t have enough miles on. Then he said that the salesman who was driving it had 100 more miles to go. Another week went on and this past week we called to say we wanted to get car this past weekend and he said that the car needed another 100 miles. At this point we had enough of being lied too. On top of that our lease on our existing car had expired. We had to call and have the lease extended a month because we still hadn’t received our car. Mr. Diamond said not to worry because they would reimburse us the month since car wasn’t in. So this past Saturday I went to see situation and he told me once again that the car didn’t have enough miles on it. So I then said I am going to mahwah Cadalliac and if I get a better deal I’m coming back for my deposit. So. I went to Mahwah they got me a better deal and car is to be picked up on Monday. I later returned to Brogan for my deposit and all of a sudden they said I can have it Monday. I be said no and I also asked for my reimbursement for the extra month and they said they couldn’t give it to us because we didn’t go with them. I feel that this was poor customer service. The reason we had to extend lease was their fault and now they don’t want to reimburse us. Shame on them!!! Will not recommend or go back to them. More

However, when my salesperson Andy called me I was so impressed with his initial outstanding customer service skills, which allowed me to really feel that I choose the right dealership, The process was inviting from step 1 until the final procedures of leaving with our select vehicle. We fell a very warm spirit with the Brogan Cadillac team assisting Andy by providing total professional service throughout our car buying experience. Thank you, Brogan Cadillac team especially Andy and Alex for making our car buying need, the commitment of service needed for all involved in this experience. When it comes to car buying YES! The service department is lacking skilled technicians and service advisors who are able to follow through and complete their job. Took multiple visits to have the same concerns address and they unable to co service advisors who are able to follow through and complete their job. Took multiple visits to have the same concerns address and they unable to correct them. Service department lacks process, follow through, and wastes time. Also causes minor damage to my vehicle said they’ll take care of it and don’t seem to remember when it’s time to make good. Would not recommend using this service department. More
worst dealer ever!!! I originally went to this dealer to trade in my 2011 escalade back in 2014, they low balled me incredibly. I went to open road Cadillac and they gave me 14k more than brogan did, so I leased a brand new vehicle at open road (then florahm park cadillac). I went AGAIN to Brogan when that lease was over because they are only 5 miles away from my house, and again, they attempted to screw me, they were in excess of 300 more per month to lease a new 2016 Escalade ESV. I wound up going to Englewood Cliffs Cadillac, not only were they cheaper, it was a sign and drive...no money out of pocket AND they had to get the truck I wanted at another dealer! As many know, Englewood Cliffs Cadillac went out of business, my lease is up and I went with an MB as apposed to a Cadillac due to the features available, I have leased an Escalade every 3 years since 1999 when they came out. Can you believe that Brogan told me that they DO NOT accept a lease return unless you bought a vehicle there???? So I contacted GM Financial to ask what to do, they advised me that if they are a Cadillac dealer they MUST take my lease return, even though they refused. I contacted Mahwah Cadillac and they advised they would take it. In short, if you need a new vehicle, stay away from Brogan..they are overpriced and a bunch of hacks. go to Mahwah Cadillac that will actually help you as opposed to Brogan that is a bunch of bullies and do not believe in an educated buyer. I gave them several chances to make the right deal, if other dealers can do it so can they, they choose not too and the penalize you when you don't do business with them which is AGAINST their dealer agreement!! Buyer beware! More
