Buying and the dealing part was good. But the Service manager is a total know it all and won't actually listen to the customer.( had a work truck in there couple months ago for what shoul But the Service manager is a total know it all and won't actually listen to the customer.( had a work truck in there couple months ago for what should have been warranty work, but he insisted it was on us and wanted to charge 5k.) I had the truck towed to Sioux Falls Billion Ram and they proved me correct as it was a warranty problem, covered it all and did it asap(Broadway said 2 weeks). Then there is my personal 2500 '22 Ram I purchased with continuous problems on warranty/mistakes made on original purchase. They will not see business from myself of my company trucks! More

The service techs were helpful and professional. The wait time was a little long. I have been other places where they vacuum the car and clean the windshield, but they did not do that here. time was a little long. Went in for a service and told me what they need to replace told me what cost 500 and some change. I asked if it was covered under warranty and the answer was “I don’t think so“! After service is done I call my warranty company and they said it was as well as they said they didn’t have the part they would have to order it but then they did. I’ll never go back More
