Oil change was quick, but didn't wipe anything & oil everywhere...again!! even had oil spot on my console when got in truck. Broadway Chrysler Dodge Jeep saved me yet AGAIN! Thank you Nick Baker!!! Once again, while visiting Yankton I encountered issues with my 2019 Jeep Cherokee and Nick was able to help me out. I w Thank you Nick Baker!!! Once again, while visiting Yankton I encountered issues with my 2019 Jeep Cherokee and Nick was able to help me out. I was 3 hours from the shop who put the new engine in and 4 hours from home when the check engine light came on. To say I was upset would be a gross understatement! I was forced into a hotel Friday night and rolled into Broadway first thing Saturday morning - of a holiday weekend - with little hope but minimally, looking for advice regarding being able to drive the Jeep either 3 hours back to the shop who put the new engine in or the 4 hours to MN so I could get to work and would not be fired. Nick was calm and reassuring but honest - only one mechanic on duty. As it turned out the mechanic (sorry, I forget his name) was able to address the issue which also involved calling Chrysler for guidance. I was assured I could at least safely drive back home to MN so I could make my shifts at the hospital. Nick listed the code(s) that resulted in the check engine light coming on and I was able to send those to the shop that installed the new engine. Most importantly, was the simple assurance that everything was installed correctly and nothing could be identified as unhooked. So far (fingers crossed) the check engine light has not come back on but I was able to notify the installing shop that they needed to do their research as I would be rolling the Jeep back into them to fix the mess if the light comes back on. I truly wish I lived closer to Yankton so that Broadway could be my dealership! Or, that the Jeep had blown the engine in Yankton and could have had the new engine installed by Broadway - that's how reassured I was after Saturday - total respect for Broadway with now 2 instances of being saved!!! More
