Once they get your money they could careless about you. Customer service after the sale sucks beyond belief. Bought a used RV online. Live 5 hours from the dealer so I relied heavily on their online listing for the trailer options which stated it was equipef with a CD and DVD player. Bought the RV and when I got it home I installed a tv and found it only have a cd player not a DVD player. Contacted my sales guy who assured me it would be taken care of. Now everytime I contact him he is too busy to look into it. Going on two weeks and still no results. They have my trade in listed on their website with the wrong options as well So seems like they will pull this stunt on someone else also. My trade had a manual awning and no roof ladder. They have it listed as a power awning and a roof ladder. They over equip their listings to lure you in. No impressed,. Shame they were the only ones that had the floorplan I needed. If you can take your business elsewhere,. Soon as they get your money they could care less about you. More

They were the quickest, easiest, most professional business I have dealt with long distance. I can see how they are as successful as they are. Marta Nicholls in sales started out the sale on her day off and worked with us to get everything we needed throughout the entire process. Including helping me figure out the best way to ship the RV I wanted to Alaska. Christopher Godfrey made and sent a video of the walk through. It was very thorough and informative. Everyone I spoke to was professional, succinct and courteous beyond any expectations I had. I dealt with two other RV companies and ended up not using them due to discourteous treatment and generally bad sales practices. Marta Nicholls made this painless. If I ever make another purchase I will use Broadmoor RV. More
Very Disappointing We had a trailer we wanted to buy. My husband stayed in contact with the salesman while we were in process of selling our trailer. We are 5 days from We had a trailer we wanted to buy. My husband stayed in contact with the salesman while we were in process of selling our trailer. We are 5 days from signing papers with our buyer. Salesman told us to come down to get paper work started and put 500 deposit down to hold. We drove down to the lot from Yakima with 3 small children, the trailer that we went for was "sold" 2 days earlier even though my husband was told otherwise. Then we were shown another trailer and told by the salesman and manager we had to buy it today or take our chances that it would be there Friday. So basically risk having to trailer loans. Left their lot in tears and so much frustration. We were treated very poorly. We even encouraged our friends ro join us to buy there as well. Needless to say they lost 2 sales today. More

We pulled in on a Sunday with only the sales department open and needed a thank you so much to Doug and Alfie for helping out the Morrow family today! We pulled in on a Sunday with only the sales department open and needed a regulator for our propane tanks. We were doing a late buck hunt and froze the night before as our propane had quit working. These two went above and beyond they were able to open the service department for us find the regulator we needed and let us take it so that we could enjoy the rest of our hunt. Thank you so much the Morrow family - Duke Lisa, Jasper and our Chocolate Lab "Finley"! More
Eventuall everything breaks I appreciate the great customer service we received during and after we purchased a new Jayco 24L motor home in May, 2017. As we were leaving with our I appreciate the great customer service we received during and after we purchased a new Jayco 24L motor home in May, 2017. As we were leaving with our new purchase, the motor home started to stall. We called the dealer and they sent out the general manager and a mechanic. Because the chassis is a Mercedes, they could have referred us to the closest Mercedes dealer and we would have had to deal with that but they didn't. They went the extra mile to help us. After a couple of hours they determined the motor home had been filled with a bad batch of diesel. They cleaned the fuel filter and replaced the fuel and we have had no problems since. Everyone we encountered at the dealership was concerned and took the time to express how sorry they were but it wasn't even their fault. Great service, great crew. Very few repairs completed and no communication unless i called. Appointment made 6 months in advace. On scheduled pickup, battery so dead was unable to load. Never a call from service adv or manager. For sure did not exceed our expectations. 6 hr round trip to get there. Would have been a return customer-NOT now. More

His name is Jason and he delivered on his word. He got the window within a week and made the long drive, even through snow, and installed it. I'm thankful that Jason came through, but his good service is an anomaly among the horrendous service found at Broadmoor RV. Thank you for reading. More
