Bristol Toyota Scion is always receptive to my needs. I have purchased a couple of cars from them to date and have always had them serviced at the dealership. I WAS FOLLOWING THE NEWS AT THE TIME, AND IT SAID THAT MY VEH NEEDED A RECALL, SO I WHENT TO A DEALER AND THEY SAID THAT I DID NOT HAVE A RECALL. THREE WEEKS LATER I WHENT TO BRISTOL TOYOTA AND ASKED THE SER VEH NEEDED A RECALL, SO I WHENT TO A DEALER AND THEY SAID THAT I DID NOT HAVE A RECALL. THREE WEEKS LATER I WHENT TO BRISTOL TOYOTA AND ASKED THE SERVICE WRITER IF MY VEH HAD A RECALL, AND SAID YES, AND IF I WANTED MY RECALL DONE NOW, AND I SAID YES. My most recent service was covered under my extended warranty and there was no problem. A few years ago I had a bad experience with another car manufacturer's extended warranty and was expecting an "ar warranty and there was no problem.
