Maintenance I am almost one year into a lease with Toyota and although the workers are very pleasant they do try to screw you over. I got scammed out of one of my free oil changes because I said I would make it back in the 3000 miles and they said well life happens, let's just go to the next one up and told me I would only miss out on a tire rotation. But scammed me out of an oil change. On top of that 3 months ago when I went for an oil change they told me my brakes were in the yellow, now when I just went the past week some how my brakes are in the green. Please tell me how in 3 months my brakes have gotten better. As well as when I asked about my windshield wipers being replaced , the lady told me that they are under warranty for 1 year. I have not had my car for one full year. She came over with a paper that she wrote down 20$ to replace windshield wipers and flipped it out fast thinking I did not see it. They proceeded to ignore the fact that they still are under warranty and told me it will be 45$ to replace them. I walked out of the dealers in disgust. I can not wait for this lease to be up and to switch dealers. More
Unbelievable! I felt attended to and was so impressed! I went in for an oil change and the service rep actually brought me in to show me something while my car was up on the lift! I mostly come here to buy parts since I do a lot of work myself. The parts prices are much better than other local dealers and the parts guy is very knowledgeable. As for service, I had a mixed experience my first time there and wrote to the owner to complain (the work itself was fine, a clutch job but the time it took to do the job was incorrect stated). He called me back himself which I really appreciated and so I will give them a second chance. More

It is an enormous convenience to me to have service hours available after 5:00 pm. I can have my oil changed after work on my way home from Providence and not have to give up precious time on Saturday. I hop available after 5:00 pm. When you call for a simple oil change they tell you about all the other things that need to be fixed or changed. Then again when you drop the car off they ask you again if you'd like the extra's. Once the oil has been changed they call to tell you the car is all set and then again they tell you about all the things that need to be done. It is very annoying! Giving you this information once would be sufficient. More
