The people at Bristol Auto Mall are amazing! They are all like family and work together like a well-oiled machine. I went to almost every local dealership around and priced cars and test drove a few. Most either didn’t have much inventory to select from or didn’t have what I was looking for. I saw an add from Bristol Auto Mall with my dream car! I didn’t plan on going over the bridge into PA, I figured it was my last chance. Phil was very pleasant and they had many nice cars of all different makes and models to choose from, including some high-end autos at very reasonable prices. I was really impressed by the selection. Phil made car shopping enjoyable! Nate was able to get me approved for financing at a lower rate than any other! Even with my not-so-great credit. I had a crazy situation and they went above and beyond to work with me to get me in my dream car. I would highly recommend Bristol Auto Mall to anyone I know! I was very impressed and grateful! My 2021 Jeep shopping experience was pretty tough. I had to learn to lower my expectations of what was advertised online as many dealerships’ vehicles turned out to be much more beat up than the photos or d to learn to lower my expectations of what was advertised online as many dealerships’ vehicles turned out to be much more beat up than the photos or descriptions online. So when another one caught my eye from BAM, I routinely set up an appointment and went about my way to see it. Drum roll please!! This baby was parked right out front and looked even better than expected. All the bells and whistles they promised were there and it drove like a peach. After my test drive with Carlos, who was more knowledgeable than all other ride songs so far, I knew I had to make an offer. Phil was pretty stern on the price and I respected that. After all, I had done research for months and the price was in fact, fair. The final process was also seamless in the hands of Nate who carried through all the annoying PennDot / DMV paperwork easily. All in all, the trustworthiness of their ads, the congeniality of the staff and professionalism of their shop is truly hard to find so when you do it’s worth sharing.
