I called Bristol Auto Mall because I had a bunch of questions that I simply wasn't getting answers to and I was about to have a complete breakdown. That all changed when Customer Service Rep. Megan ans questions that I simply wasn't getting answers to and I was about to have a complete breakdown. That all changed when Customer Service Rep. Megan answered the phone and quickly, efficiently and with human compassion took all my questions and, like a shepherd, put them all out to graze and subsequently, pasture. Now I'm satisfied and wish Megan was at the other end of every call I make. Bristol Auto Mall should not only sell quality, reliable vehicles, but should also be a universal training hub for on-phone customer service/support. I hope to hear of Megan's growth there next time I call...or I may have to recruit her aggressively woman like herself are becoming a rare asset nowadays. A rare asset, indeed. More
