Megan answered the phone and quickly, efficiently and with human compassion took all my questions and, like a shepherd, put them all out to graze and subsequently, pasture. Now I'm satisfied and wish Megan was at the other end of every call I make. Bristol Auto Mall should not only sell quality, reliable vehicles, but should also be a universal training hub for on-phone customer service/support.
