I have been taking my car in to have it serviced by Brinson for a year. They have been finding other things wrong with it and they get that fixed also. They let me know what the problem is. I requested a 48 month loan, however when I received my payment information from Chase Bank, my loan is for 72 months. I did feel somewhat "mislead", but unfortunately I realize that I should have paid more attention and read the full agreement prior to signing. When I walked in, I had a car in mind, and though I wasn't given a choice at ALL once the financing was established, I did get a vehicle, which no other lot had managed to do. On the day I arrived, a different salesman said that they don't really make those kinds of deals, but that he wasn't surprised.
