I see these positive reviews and that's all well and good but I can only speak to what I've personally experienced. I've gotten bad customer service in the past many times in my life but never in my 40 good but I can only speak to what I've personally experienced. I've gotten bad customer service in the past many times in my life but never in my 40 plus years have I ever been told by a service manager, "You got what you paid for.." after giving you $826.00 of my hard earned money and then 1 day later I'm having the same problems. You have the nerve to tell me that and refuse to resolve my problem. You will never see my face or vehicle in your Ford facility ever again and you surely will not get my recommendation or referral to anyone else. That's for sure. I've never experienced such awful customer service at this level....EVER!! More

While my car was in the service dept. they kept me updated on the progress and how much longer it would take. They replaced the chip in my GPS and changed the oil.
