I have been waiting 10 months on parts for one recall and nearly 2 months on another. The Service team at Brinson went out of their way to track parts availability and contacted the moment they had the appro nearly 2 months on another. My experience was calm and orderly. ..and AMAZING!!! I did not know I was there to receive my birthday present from my husband. My salesman happens to be my brother, Alonzo Ames, Jr. I ..and AMAZING!!! I did not know I was there to receive my birthday present from my husband. My salesman happens to be my brother, Alonzo Ames, Jr. I was impressed by his knowledge and composure. He had selected a vehicle based on what we wanted. Again, his salesmanship was exemplary because he listened so very well during our pre-call. The vehicle fit like a glove. He did not make me feel like I was getting family treatment at all. He just gives everyone 111%. I appreciated the team atmosphere as it seemed everyone was committed to a successful visit. We drove 3 hours and the return home in my 2023 Ford Explorer was a joy ride. Take the drive to Athens and visit with my Alonzo Ames, Jr. I did and drove off in a birthday present! More
